202PR008: Escape '08 - V2G
This product converts a Ford Escape HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle), '08, to V2G (Vehicle To Grid) capable PHEV (Plug-in HEV).
This conversion allows you to charge your Escape from a wall outlet and then approximately double your mileage for approximately 50 miles.
It also allows your electrical utility to buy back some of the energy in your Escape's battery at a premium, in case of need.
The conversion is geared for the early adopter and power utilities; it is performed by Hybrids Plus in Boulder, CO.
You must have a subscription with V2Green and an arrangement with your power utility to use the V2G function.
